A nice Brazil “Red Catuai” from No6. True to name, it brews a little reddish; I was surprised when I poured my first shot into some milk. It’s tasty, a bit sweet and fruity. There’s a sweet aroma that’s not really caramel-y which I guess is the cane sugar note. Not super nutty but kinda fallsy!
