A Guatemalan from No6, a roaster here in BC. Looking back at all the coffees from Guatemala that I’ve written about, chocolate seems to be a common note. This is definitely the case here as well. I definitely get milk chocolate and dark caramel, the kind of caramel that is sweet but also finishes with a bitter note. Quite nice with ice and oat milk! This one brews beautiful espresso and was dead easy to set up on the machine.
