A few firsts here. First time trying an Indonesian, first time I’ve tried a “lactic fermentation” and the first roast from Rogue Wave I have not enjoyed. This one is very challenging, way too complex for me. It’s very funky, very pungent. The yogurt notes are legit, boy howdy. Very fruity, very bright. Pretty wild that a coffee bean can even be this way at all.
