So many interesting flavours from Ethiopia! This one is different to the ones from Rogue Wave we tried before it. Quite fruity, a bit sweet & smooth, lots of acidity. I kind of get the plum and mandarin notes. Definitely get the vanilla. Normally with Ethiopia coffees I can smell and taste the blueberry straight away–this time, not at all. We liked our small bag so much we ordered a kilo to run with for a while.
